I missed entering in my intake for yesterday, but I ate around 1200 cals so it’s all good.
I’ve been running everyday since Monday and it feels fantastic. I’m almost able to run 2 mi straight which is lame, but a big deal to me.
So yeah. I wish I could just have the body I want right now, but I realize I am going to have to be patient and wait to see the changes. I know it will be worth it. It always is.
b: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ honey
s: greek yogurt & handful of almonds
l: 2 cups of broccoli w/ slice of cheddar
So, I’m not going to be eating meat.

I’m not hungry and I don’t know why.
I only ate like 5 strawberries and 5 pineapple chunks today.
